HR Manager / production
Our Client is a leading designer and manufacturer of electrical components used in industrial and commercial markets. For the strengthening of their production location in Kecskemét, we are currently searching for a Human Resources Manager.
Your tasks include all aspects of human resources management. This specifically include: member and support of the local management team in all HR topics; direction and coordination of the department as well as the HR service area; implementation of the HR strategy, HR systems and tools; responsibility for HR work (amongst others recruiting, appraisal, development and payroll); personnel controlling (regular analysis and reporting); as well as running the daily operational HR tasks. You will be in charge of 2 persons and report directly to the Plant Director.
Relevant education and
experiences with HR management (compensation, benefits, recruitment, managing
labour law changes, personnel policies, and training) preferably in an
international environment, together with manufacturing background, are highly
valued qualifications. A successful candidate would be characterized by
pragmatic approach focused on results, a solution-oriented person, who is
capable to motivate and convince. For maintaining the atmosphere of a
middle-sized plant, it is essential to demonstrate strong interpersonal and
communication skills. This position requires fluency in English.
