National Key Account Manager

FMCG managerial role

Our Client is Danone one of the biggest multinational FMCG companies that produces and sells its fresh dairy, early life nutrition products worldwide. Now we are looking for a senior KAM to lead their Key Account Team in Hungary.

You, as the new National Key Account Manager, will be responsible for the leading and developing the Key Account Managers’ Team and the distribution partner strategy on country level. You will continuously monitor environment trends and understand shopper insights used in commercial tools, analyse and develop current distribution system efficiency. You will manage and control the budgeting and P&L of your area. You will also have you own accounts that require app. 30% travelling of the working time.
You are the ideal candidate if you have university degree, fluency in English and if you have at least 6 years’ field of trade marketing experience in key accounts and people management within a multinational FMCG company. We are looking for candidates who have good analytical, strong leadership and excellent negotiation skills. Very good interpersonal and presentation skills are crucial to fit the role. Being able to react fast to changing environment and having business acumen and strategic thinking are also required. Driving licence is a must. We are looking for a positive personality with strong can do attitude.
