HILL Competence Analysis





HILL Competence Analysis® is a computer-aided psychological method that estimates:
>and every competences that arises from the aforementioned skills and characteristics
The analysis contains different modules that can also be used individually. The procedure takes maximum of three hours depending on the number of the modules applied and the work rate of the participant. Numeric evaluation is made by computer, thus the risk of an administrative error is minimal. The interpretation of the results is supported by a trained psychologist who provides the opportunity of personal discussion for the applicants.
