Fastest growing business unit within HILL International is HILL Management that deals with organizational development. Adapting to the increasing customers' demands placed on it, it separated from the earlier structure, and has carried on its activities independently since the beginning of 2008.

Besides consultancy, which is its major business, training has larger and larger role. Qualified HILL trainers, among other things, provide general skills improvement, sales, customers? complaints handling and team building training.
