HILL Debrecen began its operation in 1994 and since then has been fulfilling the needs of organizations and managers in Eastern Hungary.
In 1997 HILL was awarded with the ISO certification, confirming its commitment towards international quality standards. From 2002 we have been in compliance with ISO 9001:2000.
Since its establishment our office has attained valuable experience of the region's labour market. The most prominent Hungarian and multinational, medium and big enterprises are among our clients. It is a great honour for us that more than a half of our clients, have remained in partnership with us.
Our main activity is searching for and selecting leaders, which is done by department of HILL Executive Search. The other department is HILL Management, which deals with organizational development and training.
Our office offers its own evolving methods of organizational development for the medium-sized and large companies in the region, that we can contribute to their success with our high quality range of services.
