(e.g. on an electronic data carrier: you may carry it on a pen-drive to the target firm, where they copy it to their database or you may write it out on a CD and send it by post)> A CV is generally saved on an MS Word document, which you may attach to your e-mail, but nowadays pdf format is widely used too.> If you use a free software it is worth choosing a format that everyone can open.> CVs sent in Txt format is readable, but it is not worth using it, because nowadays basic word processing knowledge is a requirement in nearly every position.> You need to send a handwritten CV only if it is specifically asked for graphological examination.> When writing a CV you should avoid overdecorated paper. A simple, easily readable, systematized document is worth more than spectacular, graphic or decorative elements.> With more modern systems there is already a chance to ?upload? a CV too. So you may apply for the given position without writing a letter, with the help of a questionnaire form.
