Psychological measuring
> None of the psychometric methods can measure all aspects of the human personality. It is only a certain group of characteristics and abilities that can be examined. Thus, it is very important to know exactly what features can be detected with each method
> Even the targeted traits and skills are not measured with 100% precision. Results of an analysis are rather a strong indication of a particular skill or trait (according to feedbacks from our tests, results match self-assessment of those tested with a probability of 70-80%)
> A possibility to know and discuss the results is provided for every person tested
> Output data have to be interpreted in the context of the information gained from personal impression, CVs, and references
> Psychological analysis has to be valid, reliable, and consistent
What makes an assessment professionally correct?
Reliability: Reliability means that we receive the same results with repeated examination.
Consistency: Consistency means that we measure real and coherent traits and the results are independent of other traits and skills. For example the result on a risk taking scale must depend only on the individual's attitude toward taking risk. It must not be influenced by the level of his other traits and abilities.
