HILL International has provided on-site consultation in the past few years for several multinational companies.
This special service, the so called 'Interim HR Management' or RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) means that one of our HR consultants is integrated into the client's company organization as a resident HR manager.
The main elements of the On-site consultancy are as follows:
> Mainly recruitment, selection and related employment regulation> The outsourced consultant proceeds on behalf of the Client> The time limit of co-operation ranges between 1 week and 1 year> Invoice according to a daily fee
