Personal interview
> It is worth arriving at the interview venue five or ten minutes before the appointed time to:> avoid missing the beginning of the interview> relax before entering the interview room> spend some time forming an impression of the organisation's working environment and climate> be able to get a glimpse of other candidates applying for the same position> It is important to communicate and behave naturally as one cannot change personality and attitudes for the entire time of an interview session.> Be always honest about facts. The interviewer may detect alterations fairly and there is a risk of losing face.> It is also important not to be vague and to use clear examples. E.g. "In my last workplace I had twice as many subordinates and the amount of turnover was much bigger than in my previous position" is a definitely not an informative sentence. Putting the same meaning differently gives a clearer picture of achievements: "In my last workplace, I had eight subordinates, and my turnover was larger by far, it was about 30 million HUF."> Finally feeling confident about performance and attitude creates credibility of skills and abilities.
