18th of May 2007. - We value humankind

In this year we could successfully gain a training course within the confines of the HEFOP-3.4.1/05/1.2005-12-0086/2.0 grant. If somebody had considered the meaning of these numbers and this sequence by head, it is worth to know some details about: Multi sided Human-Resources development via training at HILL International: The training project affords qualification training in personally specialized form. The training cover three different subjects:
-management
-competence development
-general effectiveness-correction

Each training of the development plan customized for every positions, are part of an individual development plan to posts through this effectiveness increases and working-process becomes active. It is a crutial goal to support the professional researcher activity and make the search and selection mechanism more effective. Furthermore our target is to create a harmony within the organization and the trust between project-teams, to guarantee a high quality service to business partners and to establish an effective marketing activity. As a result of the project the need of customers would be fulfilled in a very modern way and in consequence of that the approach of clientele becomes easier and the modern function results in cost effectiveness...But what every candidate can face when entering our office is a blue flag with EU logo on instead of a flower in a pot.

So, let's jump into the middle... For the first time we could try ourselves at a computer based business simulation task. That means we had to figure out some data in few different situation. Our trainer had to estimate the numbers. On the score of the assessment we could make new plans for developing our "Bewery". At first every participant had to put her/himself in the shoes of a managing director of the Bewery, which was pleasurable thought for the first time, but not that easy regarding to the lot of tasks, and decisions-making...We discovered that is not enough to be just a "neat, pleasing boss-personality" for dealing with big tasks. We realized soon, it is not that easy as we had thought: to calculate with a few data for example: cost, value-decrease, to give production data, also we had to learn that the dismissal of 400 employees is not the most perfect solution for running a successful business.. However our teams, included us of course - floundering bravely between the beer-foamed quarters - succeed in raising the profit of our company to the sky and in our imaginations we were on the isle Hawaii sunbathing...But leave the daydreams and let's back to our next challenge: analyze bank balances, check some data, and dig deep into sequences. We had to order stocks and bonds depended on, who and what was found more interesting and challenging. Honestly, it was very difficult to find the right way and the right solutions about bank business. We had some clever path-finders in this situation game too, so if we changed our business-orientation in the future we would know now which colleague to ask for some useful advise. We did not spend our last training day without excitement either. We had to lead a brand new company with our newly learned knowledge and experiences. We had to choose between 3 different products and discuss, which product we want to produce, how much we would like to spend for marketing and also to forecast, what kind of tactics the competitor are using. So the next lesson was that you have to pay a big price to get useful information, but it is worth paying money for and to analyze outcomes more carefully before making the final decision.

We did learn a lot of graphs and results during the two days, but I think the most important what we realized is: we think on the same way and we compose a real team wherever we are and whichever situation we are in the business life and whatever decisions we have to make, you can feel the consonance in our small community.

But it is not the end, because we have some more training to come that hides more excitements and very interesting tasks. The first training to come is the presentational (abilities developing) weekend. We are going to learn informatics - to find a more useful and computer-friendly solution instead of computer-kicking and keyboard-hammering procedures :) - to handle our all day used and tired computers in a more acceptable way...and after informatics there comes a little English class soon (.no Miss..:)) after some economics and legal knowledge, a little bit of marketing can be useful too. Furthermore we have to make our executives more motivated (or vice-versa), and do not forget about effective negotiation skills either. (It could be useful in connection with pay rise.. :)) Finally we can't miss out perfecting our personal effectiveness.

So it is about a few more training to come but we can't wait for living through new experiences as we shouldn't miss out working until then, because we receive about 100 applications in average per day, and the applicants can only count on us, therefore we must try to do everything for helping them to win...new post, new job, new knowledge (new bosses..:)) so shouldn't we mention again: we value humankind.

28th of March 2006. - more transparent and easy to handle

We have new homepage

It is also unbelievable for us that happened in the last months, but we proudly can say now, we are over a reconstruction of the office, and if we get there, we couldn't let ourselves without a general internal reconstruction as well. We started the change by shaking up our webpage.

Thinking back to the prize (in the Aquapark) after the reconstruction, we would do the same - hammering, rattling, dusting everywhere, and shuffling for weeks in think:-)

But, turning words into serious, the restless nights are over, and we feel that the lot of expansion wasn't for nothing, because...yes....it is done...in brand new colors and pictures the magnificence, modernized designed webpage.

Probably the changed new colors seemed a bit strange for the first sight, made somehow a bit less of the HILL-yellow.. Of course we did not forget about the triangles! All together we should realize ...we get on with age finally...otherwise it was time for a "face lifting"...really was due to the 1998 version. Certainly the general service is still available for the "unsuspecting visitor". We don't want to divest anybody of the opportunity, by making a few clicks - using the possibilities of the Internet - get into our database.

We got a few new "colleges" on the header, so from now it becomes more "personal" to apply trough our webpage, because in whichever menu we are searching they will always be there, like a djinn in a bottle.

First and last: "what is in there, that matters really", so the look-around has started now, you can admire it or even criticize... but before that you should try it ;-)...
